DAY1 &2(WED,THURS)
reached the airport at ard 10,
checked in, and went to a food gallery to eat.
prawn mee..
and got up on plane.. spent the next 7 hours on the plane.
ANA, NH902.
had snack on the plane and watched Mr.Bean on holiday.
and i need to control my laughter as most of the people on the plane,
were SLEEPING!
then i listened to tackey and tsubasa special.
and sleep~
next day morning, which is day2
had breakfast on plane.
and the food is so much better then SQ.
then reached tokyo.
as i was checking out, i saw the students there.
their hairstyles, hair color.. wow!
took bus down to narita airport and take domestic flight to chitose.
and reached chitose at ard 1pm.
and went to have lunch, is small mini hot pot.
and took bus down to anu village, where you can see how the survive in such cold weather.
and the sing and dance, and the did a small performance for us.
and when we came out from the room, its raining ice.
back to hotel to have dinner.
had hot pot again, with steam rice with scallop
the hotel, we slept on tatami, went to have hot spring at the basement.
ok, about hot spring.. you cant wear any clothings down, not even your panty or underwear.
and only some hot spring gives you a small small towel..
the water there is about 40+ degree high.
i went to the outdoor hot spring.
so cool can..
DAY3(FRI)
had a buffet breakfast.
and set off to noboribetsu jigokudani.
its a national park, where you can see the mountain of sulphur.
hot hot sulphur. i climb up to get a clearer view, the ground is covered with snow.
and many people had step on it.
once someone step on the snow, the ground will become slippery.
so i had a difficult time climbing up.
got up, and snap here and there
and not mentioning climbing down is even worse..
we grab here and there and finally got down.
bought ourselves hot choco, and off we go to our next destination,
to see bears and racoons!
the bears are super cute, they wave to you and beg you to give them apples.
they are super accurate in catching those apples we throw with their mouths.
so cool, bingos all the time.
when you want to throw the apples, some bears will raise up their hands.
OMG! so smart.
the racoons too, they stand on 2 legs and waiting for you to give them biscuits.
then off to lunch,
and we are having steamboat, and eat the hairy crab.
so delicious.
then to the sake brewery.
too bad i cant taste it. but there is one big snowman outside.
after that we went to the ramen shop.
i sat right in front and saw how they prepare ramen.
and took photo of the chief and his grandson i think.
had gyoza too. whoohoo nice.
then to the next hotel, this time is bed.
put my stuffs and
went for shopping at sapporo.
walk on the street, and saw a snowman, shape of a seal.
and bought myself a pair of nike shoes there.
doughnuts at mister donut, and some strawberries back to the hotel.
DAY4(SAT)
had buffet breakfast again.
going to see a waterfall, but somehow its frozen.
the river is still flowing, and moving.
before reaching we had a toilet break,
the snow was up to my ankle.
snap here and there at the waterfall, and my sister tammy, making snow angels.
haha!
then to see the foxes.
the foxes are not caged, some only.
they were free to walk about..
and took photo of them.
they cute but poor thing, they were in the cold but they have thick fur, don't they?
then to a mountain or something, had green tea ice cream.
and then we went to lake mashu, nothing much there too.
and then to hotel, tatami!
hot spring again!
the lunch and dinner on that day were nothing special, as usual hot pot.
its winter thats why.
DAY5(SUN)
most of the time spend on bus, and some sightseeing.
and visit a place selling horse oil.
and all of a sudden it was snowing heavily.
really HEAVY!
and had teppanyaki, at last something different from the past few days.
salmon and CORNS! the corns are sweet.
to a building that was kept for tourist, and i saw ducks.
they were feeding ducks there.
and a small cute snowman they made.
went to shop, a street called 'li xiao lu'
oh, i bought crepe. hot crispy soft crepe. in choco and banana with custard.
omg, i want some more.
then to JR tower to shop, my mum went to buy her burberry.. -.-
and ran out of time then back to bus.
to a tv station, NHK.
then clock tower, snap snap snap, then to 100yen shop, daiso.
and tried McPork, at the McDonalds there, which cost 100yen, abt $1.20+.
cheap huh?
our dinner, 'shen hu nui', beef. its teppanyaki style. not hotpot.
the beef is so tender and juicy.
to hotel have some rest, and is bed this time.
boo, i rather tatami.
DAY6(MON)
took bus down, to the chocolate factory.
we cant visit the factory. super sad!
stayed on the bus and lookout from the windows.
and take a few shots.
took a group photo before the music box shop(otaru orgel).
i saw a few guys clearing the ice on the floor, aand i took photo with them.
abit you know..diao. but i'm still wondering how come the cleaners on the street look so cool.
and a chocolate sample on the way. from a shop 'LeTAO'
bought myself a grand piano music box
and i took the chocolate there again, is a rare choco.
and coffee shop. and we can take the cups back home.
bought hello kitty cups, as this is what they offer.
and on the way back bought hokkaido special ice cream
with 3flavors tgt, melon at the bottom follow by milk then lavender.
hmmm, so yummy.
had lunch and in the shop i saw angelfish, it doesnt look like a fish,
its transparent and it swims like angel with wings and you can only see the organ, red in color.
erm, dont really know how to explain it.
i'm uploading photos but once you see it, i'm sure you'll understand.
another 2hrs on bus to the snowmobile.
so cool, i'm driving it. i cant go so fast because of the one infront of me is going slow.
but still fun.
and went to a resort where the other who did not went for snowmobile are.
sat on the mery-go-round there.
those who didnt go for snowmobile sat on snowboard with a rope in front and slide down.
haha! i want to try.. ):
then went to RERA outlet mall, where all the outdated stuff is sold.
to japanese is outdated but we dont get to see them in singapore.
but i only get 10 mins to shop, and all the people who i came to tgt with
are stuck in the nike shop, as i want to go to the
other shops like, vans, billabong, addidas, vienne westwood.. the announcement came.
guess what the shopkeepers came out tgt and lock the shops. o.0!
saddened..
as its the last day, tmr will be flying back to s'pore. ):
oh well, then back to hotel, have dinner and then pack our stuffs.
and watched detective conan live action in my room..
DAY7 &8(TUES,WED)
took bus down to chitose airport, to narita.
and then to tokyo airport.
walk around, for things to buy, i saw a shop 'Mono Comme CA'
its sell some nice stuff but didnt get to buy.
next time if i got chance, i'll buy it for sure.
and further down, a bookstore, and buy 'potato' &'myojo' magazine.
haha! happy happy !
then board the plane at ard 5.25pm.
watched stardust on the plane, nice movie..
and reached singapore at 12.35am.
home at ard 2pm.
